GENFuzion Developer Challenge

The 2011 GENFuzion Developer Challenge may have come to a close but there is a lot to celebrate. The contest proved that there are very smart and innovative companies out there with real desires to build the next generation of communications enabled applications.

Contestants were asked to simply take an idea and build on it by leveraging any of the services that the A2 Communications Applications Server provides. The goal was to prove that applications can be truly enhanced by embedding communications into the core of an applications user experience. And prove they did.

Integrated communications service used by businesses to manage customer wait times. Patrons are kept informed, gaining visibility to wait times and when it’s their turn

Stock alert notification that notifies stock brokers or stock traders when configurable thresholds have been reached allowing them to communicate with each other faster to buy/sell stocks

Third Place
SaskTel’s IDnoodle Group – myCentrex Application
End user web portal & mobile smartphone app that enhances a TDM DMS business user’s Centrex service for network transformation & customer retention
