Using PCC to control an IP Phone (2 posts)

    I’m trying to use Personal Communicator (version 8.0.2121) to control a SIP phone but I don’t see the option under “User Perferences”. Am I using the wrong version?

    Rich, we currently have available the 8.0.1056 client for download on the documentation page. Using a newer client should not be an issue.

    PCC will need to be configured on your account. Our tech will be back in the office monday and we can get this configured for you ASAP.

    Once it is configured simply follow the steps provided in the client documentation found here:
